Latonja Richardson

​

Latonja Richardson is a results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in Health Insurance. She specializes in CMS Train the Trainer, Customer Service, and Executive Complaints and Appeals for major company C-suites. She serves as Director of Programs and Advocacy with AlphaStarz Inc. and manages outpatient complaints and grievances at the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory Midtown.

Latonja holds a Master’s in Health Services Management and a strong track record of leadership in healthcare operations. In addition to her professional achievements, she co-manages the national STEM platform of her daughter, Taylor Richardson, also known as Astronaut StarBright.

​

Committed to service and advocacy, Latonja serves on the American Heart Association State of Georgia Advocacy Board and actively promotes health equity for Black and Brown women. She is also a dedicated Hosea Feed the Hungry volunteer and a proud Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. member.
